The Problem

ARCA wanted to make their 335-page standards manuals more accessible for their users.

Sorting through such a large PDF to answer simple questions took time and effort. People would instead reach out to ARCA’s staff directly to get answers rather than finding the answer themselves because it was faster and easier. While the staff didn’t mind answering the questions, it took up time that could be better used elsewhere.

The Solution

We created an AI Agent to make navigating their standards easier and place it on their website for anyone to access.
